A little clarity before you buy. Y&L Creations is a Latino-owned family brand in Colorado, USA. These terms cover purchases offered through this website. Product pages explain the edition, format, contents, and available buying options.
Choose the right format
A digital download gives you files to print yourself; it does not include a shipped game. Physical sets are currently ordered through our Etsy shop. Custom printed inquiries are quotes, not completed orders. Check the format and everything included before paying.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Each ready digital edition is purchased separately through our existing Mi Lotería Maker checkout using Stripe. Review the final amount on the payment screen. Etsy prices, promotions, taxes, and shipping may differ; the Etsy checkout shows its order total.
Using your purchase
Ready-made digital games are for personal, noncommercial use unless the product listing or a separate written agreement grants more. You may print your purchased game for your own gatherings or have a print shop do that for you. Do not resell, redistribute, or upload the files or artwork for others to download. Contact us about organizational or commercial uses. Mi Lotería Maker project access has its own terms.
Printing and compatibility
Read the product’s file and printing details. Digital files require a compatible device and PDF reader; printing costs are separate. Screens, printers, ink, and paper can affect color. Print at the stated size, check your printer settings, and test a page before printing a full set. Editable templates may use a separate service, as explained in their listing.
Your details and order support
Enter a delivery email you can access. Keep your receipt and download link private. If the wrong edition arrives, a file is missing, or you notice a duplicate payment, contact [email protected] with your order reference. Never email card numbers or passwords.
Other products and updates
Etsy, Apple, and our separate creative tools have their own checkout and service terms. Calendar Studio and Y&L Studios are currently private previews, not publicly available paid services. We may update these terms for future orders; mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this notice.
