The desk sample is portrait 5×7 inches, with a photo and one month of dates together on each card. It includes twelve months. The cards are unbound; a stand, easel or holder is separate.
Can I print the 5×7 calendar at home?+
Yes. Use supported 5×7 paper, or print the design at actual size on a larger sheet and trim. Follow the settings supplied with the download, check the finished dimensions, and print one card before making the full set. Paper and ink are separate.
Do I need binding or a special stand?+
The desk cards need no coil, punching or binding. Use a stand, easel or holder that fits 5×7 cards. Display hardware is separate from the digital project. The larger portrait wall page can also be left unbound, or you can plan clear space for one top hanging hole.
Can I take the file to a local print shop?+
Yes. Bring your downloaded PDF and confirm paper, color, trimming and the full price before ordering. For center-coil calendars, also confirm page order and binding.
Can Y&L print and ship a calendar for me?+
Yes. Our physical 5×7 desk calendar is a separate purchase on Etsy, with cards-only and stand options. Check that listing for current materials, available options, price, processing and delivery. Home prints do not have the same material specifications as the physical product.
Do I need Canva?+
No. Calendar Studio edits your calendar directly in your browser. Add your photos, adjust the layout and customize dates here. The discontinued Canva calendar is a different product.
Can I try a sample without replacing my calendar?+
Yes. Preview the sample and choose when to save a separate copy. Your existing calendar is kept. Replace the included example photos before printing.
Can I add birthdays and recurring dates?+
Yes. Add a note or photo to a date, or create a yearly reminder. Use the date magnifier to inspect the small details while you edit.
Can I reopen my calendar on another device?+
Sign in to the same Y&L account and open your calendars. Wait for Saved to your account before switching devices. Offline changes stay in that browser until a save succeeds. Keep an editable backup too.
What does the current project pass cover?+
One pass covers one 12-month, US Letter landscape, center-coil calendar project, PDF downloads and reprints, unlimited revisions during access, and 12 months of account editing and photo storage from purchase. Desk calendars and single-page wall layouts are separate formats. Calendar purchases are not open yet.
What happens when paid access ends?+
Paid account editing ends 12 months from purchase. Downloaded PDFs remain usable for later reprints. Calendars and photos remain available for editable backup and deletion. Photos are not automatically deleted at launch.
