Privacy notice
Y&L Creations is a family brand based in Colorado. This notice explains how we handle information when you browse, shop, create a shared account with Mi Lotería Maker, or contact us.
Purchases and your Y&L account
Checkout uses our Mi Lotería Maker system with Stripe. For printed orders, we process your recipient name, shipping address, order details, and tracking information and share the details needed to deliver your order with our shipping providers. Stripe processes payment details; this site does not store your full card number. Supabase stores your identity, profile, preferences, orders, and download permissions. You may buy as a guest. If you create an account, we verify your email before linking guest purchases. Y&L Creations and Mi Lotería Maker share your account; projects open in their original tool. Etsy and Apple maintain separate accounts and purchases.
Browser storage and cookies
We use essential HttpOnly cookies on Y&L and Supabase session storage on Maker to keep you signed in. An authorization step connects the websites; your password is never placed in links. Local storage remembers language, animation, and selections. Session storage preserves sign-in context and the checkout email and retry identifier. Signing out of both sites clears this browser’s access and revokes account sessions; other devices apply sign-out when they revalidate their session. Clearing preferences does not delete orders. For visitors identified by our hosting provider as being in the United States, purchase measurement is enabled unless you opt out. We do not treat this default as affirmative consent. Outside the United States, or when location is unknown, measurement requires your explicit permission. Your Privacy Choices in the footer lets you opt out or allow measurement at any time; previous refusals remain in effect. When measurement is permitted, we store a browser preference identifier and an advertising click identifier, if present, and send the purchased edition and format, paid total and currency, an order event identifier, and a SHA-256 hash of your email to Meta. A hashed email is still personal data used for matching; it is not anonymous. We do not send card details, shipping addresses, passwords, or private download links. Use Your Privacy Choices to opt out of advertising tracking; this stops future sharing in this browser and requests cancellation of pending events associated with its preference identifier. If the request cannot reach us, the browser retries it on a later visit. Data already delivered cannot be recalled through this control. We honor Global Privacy Control, including for U.S. visitors. Choices are specific to this browser; clearing local storage or using another browser may require choosing again. You can also contact us for privacy requests. Newsletter choices remain separate.
Your communication choices
Inspiration and offer emails and product-update emails have separate, optional choices. We record your choices, their timestamps, and changes. You can update them in Profile & preferences or contact us to unsubscribe. Necessary security messages, receipts, and download links are separate. We do not request browser notification permissions.
Calendar Studio and private creative tools
Signed-in Calendar Studio calendars, original photos, saved versions and reusable dates are stored in Supabase and belong to the signed-in account. Paid account editing ends 12 months from purchase. After access expires, calendars and photos remain available for editable backup and deletion. Photos are not automatically deleted at launch. Pending recovery copies stay scoped to that account in the browser. Downloaded editable backups contain your original photos; keep them private. Help → Storage, privacy & deletion explains the limits and how to permanently remove Calendar account data. This keeps your Y&L sign-in and separate Maker projects and purchases. Existing owner device calendars stay in their browser until explicitly copied into an account. Clearing browser preferences does not delete saved cloud calendars. Y&L Studios remains a restricted preview; its gallery photos, videos and project information are also stored in Supabase.
Hosting, service providers, and links
Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and may process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, and browser information. Stripe, Supabase, our email providers, and Mi Lotería Maker process information needed for payment, storage, delivery, and support. Providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate. External purchases and services follow their own policies: Cloudflare, Stripe, Supabase, Etsy, and Apple.
Messages, use, and sharing
Contact and event forms prepare an email draft on your device; we receive it only when you send it. We use messages and order information to answer questions, deliver purchases, resolve problems, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing with Meta for ad measurement and attribution follows the U.S. opt-out and non-U.S. permission rules above. This advertising sharing may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under some state privacy laws; you can opt out through Your Privacy Choices. We may disclose records when required by law or to protect against fraud. Please do not send passwords or full card details.
Retention and your requests
We keep purchase and support records as needed to deliver downloads, provide support, maintain accounting records, address disputes or fraud, and meet legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and those purposes; hosting and payment providers also apply their own retention rules. To request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, email [email protected]. We may verify your identity and retain records still needed for these purposes. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.
Children and policy changes
The storefront is intended for adults making purchases, including games for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian can contact us about information submitted by a child. We will update this notice as the service changes and show the revision date above.
Your controls
Clear the preferences and saved selections saved by this site on this browser. This does not affect data held by Etsy, Apple, or other services.
