Y&L Creations is a family brand based in Colorado. This notice explains how we handle information when you browse, shop, create a shared account with Mi Lotería Maker, or contact us.
Purchases and your Y&L account
Digital checkout uses our Mi Lotería Maker system with Stripe. Stripe processes payment details; this site does not store your full card number. Supabase stores your identity, profile, preferences, orders, and download permissions. You may buy as a guest. If you create an account, we verify your email before linking guest purchases. Y&L Creations and Mi Lotería Maker share your account; projects open in their original tool. Etsy and Apple maintain separate accounts and purchases.
Browser storage and cookies
We use essential HttpOnly cookies on Y&L and Supabase session storage on Maker to keep you signed in. An authorization step connects the websites; your password is never placed in links. Local storage remembers language, animation, and selections. Session storage preserves sign-in context and the checkout email and retry identifier. Signing out of both sites clears this browser’s access and revokes account sessions; other devices apply sign-out when they revalidate their session. Clearing preferences does not delete orders. We do not enable advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this storefront.
Your communication choices
Inspiration and offer emails and product-update emails have separate, optional choices. We record your choices, their timestamps, and changes. You can update them in Profile & preferences or contact us to unsubscribe. Necessary security messages, receipts, and download links are separate. We do not request browser notification permissions.
Private creative tools
Calendar Studio and Y&L Studios are restricted previews. Calendar projects and their photos are saved in this browser’s local database; downloaded project backups contain those photos. Y&L Studios stores uploaded gallery photos, videos, and project information in Supabase. Clearing browser preferences does not delete cloud gallery media or local calendar projects. These tools are not available for public customer sign-up at this launch.
Hosting, service providers, and links
Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and may process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, and browser information. Stripe, Supabase, our email providers, and Mi Lotería Maker process information needed for payment, storage, delivery, and support. Providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate. External purchases and services follow their own policies: Cloudflare, Stripe, Supabase, Etsy, and Apple.
Messages, use, and sharing
Contact and event forms prepare an email draft on your device; we receive it only when you send it. We use messages and order information to answer questions, deliver purchases, resolve problems, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose records when required by law or to protect against fraud. Please do not send passwords or full card details.
Retention and your requests
We keep purchase and support records as needed to deliver downloads, provide support, maintain accounting records, address disputes or fraud, and meet legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and those purposes; hosting and payment providers also apply their own retention rules. To request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, email [email protected]. We may verify your identity and retain records still needed for these purposes. We will explain any limits that apply to your request.
Children and policy changes
The storefront is intended for adults making purchases, including games for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian can contact us about information submitted by a child. We will update this notice as the service changes and show the revision date above.
Your controls
Clear the preferences and saved selections saved by this site on this browser. This does not affect data held by Etsy, Apple, or other services.
