01What’s the difference between a printable and a physical set?
A digital edition gives you files to print yourself; nothing is shipped. A physical set is a finished game ordered through Etsy. Each product page explains what is included in both formats.
02Can I make a Lotería with my own photos?
Yes. Our Lotería Maker lets you add photos, name cards, and create boards. It opens on its own website.
03Where can I learn the rules?
Our learning hub has English and Spanish guides to playing, making, and printing Lotería.
04Where can I get the Lotería app?
Lotería Mexicana Digital is available through the Apple App Store. Open the listing to check device requirements and current pricing.
05Can I buy directly from Y&L?
Selected digital editions have secure Stripe checkout and email delivery, without creating an account. Other editions and printed sets are available on Etsy.
06Do I need an account?
You can buy digital downloads as a guest. A free Y&L account lets you find your direct purchases, download files, and open your Mi Lotería Maker projects. The same account works on both websites. Purchases made on Etsy or Apple stay with those accounts.
07How do shipping, returns, and digital downloads work?
Direct digital orders receive a download link by email after payment. Our Downloads & delivery and Returns & order help pages explain the next steps. Printed orders use the delivery and return terms shown on Etsy.
08Are Calendar Studio and Bingo Maker available?
Calendar Studio, Y&L Studios, and Bingo Maker are coming soon. The unfinished studios are currently private previews for administrators.
